Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Building Services Project Manager to lead M&E delivery on a live hospital project in Newham. This 12-month contract is Outside IR35 and requires on-site work five days per week.

You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, monitor programme progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager within Building Services or M&E.
• Strong site and project delivery experience.
• Confident in managing teams and subcontractors.
• Black CSCS Card is essential.

If you're an experienced Building Services Project Manager looking for a long-term Outside IR35 contract, this is a strong one to consider.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within Building Services or M&E
• Either a Mechanical or Electrical background
• Previous experience working for an M&E contractor
• Strong site and project delivery experience
• Confidence managing teams and subcontractors
• Black CSCS Card is essential
• Availability to work on site in Newham 5 days per week

The opportunity

This is a 12-month contract, giving you the chance to see a substantial hospital project through over a longer period rather than jumping into another short-term assignment.

The role is Outside IR35, paying £380 to £460 per day, with 5 days per week required on site in Newham.
