Job summary

AWD online is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on on-site IT support across a busy manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices, and support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.

The role is full-time, permanent in Mobberley (WA16), 37.5 hours per week, with funded learning and development and an additional day off for annual Fun Day. Salary £29,076 per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Colleague IT Support: Help colleagues with everyday IT problems.
• Device Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Windows and Microsoft 365 Support: Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• On-Site Issue Resolution: Move around the site to resolve IT issues.
• Technology Enablement: Help people get more from the technology they use.
• IT Improvements: Get involved in IT improvements and new technology.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the wider IT team to improve support and outcomes.
