AWD online is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on, on-site IT support across a busy manufacturing environment, handling Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues, plus hardware troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline IT support to colleagues across the site.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Move around the site to resolve IT issues on demand.
• Help users get more from the technology they use.
• Participate in IT improvements and new technology projects.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve support outcomes.

IT Support Technician

SALARY: £29,076 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Mobberley, Cheshire, North West England (WA16)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

DUTIES

Your duties as the IT Support Technician include:

• Colleague IT Support: Help colleagues with everyday IT problems

• Device Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices

• Windows and Microsoft 365 Support: Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint

• On-Site Issue Resolution: Move around the site to resolve IT issues

• Technology Enablement: Help people get more from the technology they use

• IT Improvements: Get involved in IT improvements and new technology

• Team Collaboration: Work with the wider IT team to improve support and outcomes

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

You don’t need to know everything IT. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who enjoys technology and wants to develop.

Ideally, candidates will be:

• Friendly, approachable and happy helping people
