Job summary

Blackburn Rovers Football & Athletic is seeking an I.T. Support Technician to deliver high-quality support across all club locations. You will handle 1st/2nd line issues, assist with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and device management, ensuring secure, reliable tech services for staff and operations.

The role requires flexibility for location and hours, including match days and occasional evenings or weekends. Permanent contract with 35 hours per week plus on-call duties.

Qualifications

• IT support experience or a formal IT qualification.
• Experience across desktop, cloud services and networking.
• Ability to deliver high-quality 1st/2nd line support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff across sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and M365 issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests to SLA targets.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and documentation.
