You will resolve issues across Windows, macOS and iOS, deploy hardware and software, manage ServiceNow tickets, and assist with AV setups for meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical college training with equivalent experience.
• Experience providing IS support in Windows 11, macOS and iOS environments.
• Experience providing support on Microsoft Office products, Exchange Online, SCCM, and Intune.
• Experience providing IS support in a Legal or Professional Services environment.
• Superior experience with computer hardware, printers, smartphones, and audio-visual communications equipment.

Aufgaben

• Execute the effective and timely delivery of IS services, both hardware and software.
• Interact effectively with all customer constituencies, in person when possible.
• Deploy and maintain operational availability of equipment including PCs, printers, laptops, data comms, AV systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Log all pertinent information into ServiceNow and maintain the knowledge base.
• Promote the use of firm-provided software applications to customers.
• Assist with AV setups for live events (townhall meetings/webinars).
