DXC Technology is seeking a site-based On-site Support Engineer in Guildford to provide installation, servicing and repair of customer systems and equipment on a customer site. The role requires SC security clearance or eligibility and involves liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects, including problem trend analysis and engineering principle application.

Qualificações

• SC Security Clearance is required or must be obtainable.
• Experience with the company's hardware, software and equipment products.
• Experience supporting customer technology and requirements.
• Familiarity with process and/or system design concepts.
• Experience with programming languages, operating systems and software.
• Working with engineering principles and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing and repair of systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate as needed for follow-up, testing and troubleshooting.
• Act as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports on system problem trends and issues.
• Assist in applying engineering principles to system design and process flow.
• Collaborate with client engineers to gather information for the solution design.
