Job summary

Sanderson Design Group plc is seeking an IT Engineer to provide on-site IT support at Standfast & Barracks, Lancaster, and assist with group IT operations. You will log and triage tickets, resolve first-line issues and escalate complex cases to the Service Desk Manager or Senior IT Engineers.

Occasional travel to other UK sites may be required. The role requires 3+ years in IT support, hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID experience, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT support experience (ITIL a plus).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and admin.
• Experience with Entra ID, MFA management.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT issues on site and remotely.
• Log, triage and resolve support tickets; escalate as needed.
• Provide on-site and remote support to Standfast & Barracks and other sites.
