Job summary

Mego Employment Limited in Buckfastleigh seeks an Installation Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate installation projects from start to finish. You will assign and dispatch teams, monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts, with occasional site visits.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and customer service, experience with scheduling software and CRM systems, and competence in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience using scheduling software to plan and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation projects from start to finish.
• Assign and dispatch installation teams based on project needs.
• Monitor project progress and address scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Utilise Sage for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including correspondence and documents.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
