Job summary

E-Fab Recruitment is seeking an Installation Manager in Milton Keynes to lead site installation services and drive growth. You will partner with external suppliers, plan resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to high customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Senior Implementation Manager and travel to Hemel Hempstead location as needed, with occasional site attendance to ensure delivery standards.

Job Role: Installation Manager

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Installation Manager to lead our site installation services, optimize resource management, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Support Team and an ecosystem of external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy: Shape and execute the business strategy for installation service delivery and customer service.
• Partner Management: Build, negotiate with, and scale a robust ecosystem of installation partners to reduce complexity.
• Project Delivery: Plan and resource all customer construction activities (simple and complex) to ensure "right first time" execution.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor installation cost trends and manage on-site issues/snags to protect margins and maximize profitability.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local audit, Health & Safety, and contractual requirements.
