Job summary

The engineer will perform planned and reactive maintenance, keep accurate records, and work with CBRE Managed Services and client staff to uphold professional service.

Qualifications

• A good basic education with good English and basic math.
• Formally trained in mechanical services maintenance.
• Basic skills on building management systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure routine maintenance of heating and air-conditioning plant meets SLAs.
• Maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems per L8 requirements.
• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on site plant.
