Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English with a solid basic education.
• Formally trained in mechanical services maintenance.
• Basic health and safety training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on Heating & Air-Conditioning systems.
• Maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems to L8 standards.
• Keep maintenance records and prepare method statements and risk assessments.
