Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced hard FM maintenance manager for an on-site role at Cawdor Barracks. You will manage reactive and programmed maintenance, oversee high-volume, low-value billable works, and ensure Health & Safety compliance on site.

Reporting to the Built Estate Manager, you will drive KPI reporting, lead a capable team, coordinate with Mobile APs, and support energy efficiency initiatives while maintaining First Time Fix standards and timely resolution of end-user

Qualifications

• Experienced hard FM maintenance manager from a planned/reactive maintenance background.
• Experience managing KPIs and reporting.
• IOSH knowledge advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and assurance of reactive and programmed maintenance on site.
• Oversee high-volume, low-value billable works and ensure First Time Fix standards.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and waste compliance on establishment.
• Provide technical support and liaise with DIO and HoE representatives.
• Act as single point of contact to resolve end user issues and resolve complaints.
