Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Front of House and Campus Operations Host for a 12 Month FTC on-site role. You will welcome guests, support partners and suppliers, coordinate arrivals, security access, and on-brand merchandising in the ORBR Shop.

Based at the Milton Keynes Technology Campus, you will deliver premium guest experiences, manage mail and admin tasks, assist with events and activations, and collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to keep

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
• Detail-oriented, organised and proactive.
• Confident communicator with Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Act as the first point of contact for partners, guests and suppliers; provide a welcoming, professional reception aligned with the brand.
• Campus Operations: Coordinate guest arrivals, calls, security access, and parking; ensure smooth daily reception operations; manage on-site merchandise displays.
• Facilities & Presentation: Maintain presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms, and event spaces; manage on-brand merchandising and replenishment.
• Events & Activations: Support internal and external events, including setup and breakdown; collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Administration: Manage mail, fan correspondence, SOPs, stationery orders and purchase orders; assist with ad-hoc tasks.
