Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group offers undergraduate placements in Milton Keynes within the IT Service Desk. You will join a team handling day-to-day client support and help optimise internal systems.

The role blends hands-on technical work with project activity and collaboration across the business. You should be highly analytical with strong IT problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
• Act as first point of contact on the Service Desk for IT issues (walk-ups, phone, email, desktop support).
• Support and manage critical business applications and tools.
• Set up and configuring laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and virtual machines.
• Participate in project work and assist with hardware refresh and endpoint controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Assist with inventory management of software, hardware and IT suppliers.
• Provide incident response support for cyber security alerts.
