Red Bull Technology Group is seeking a proactive Business Support Coordinator to join its Facilities team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coordinate administrative processes, support facilities projects and build strong cross-functional relationships to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Previous experience in Facilities or Contractor Management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Raising departmental purchase orders.

• Managing employee uniform distribution, stock, and enquiries.
• Supporting the Facilities helpdesk and assigning tasks to service teams.
• Accurately recording biometric data and assigning access permissions for employees.
