Job summary

JLL is seeking a General Manager for Mill Yard Cambridge, a new mixed-use campus delivering high-standard landlord operations. Based on-site, you will lead the on-site management team, oversee customer experience, service delivery, budgets, and compliance, and collaborate with the PM Team and Railpen to uphold best-in-class service for occupiers.

You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of facilities, health and safety, and performance against SLAs and KPIs in a Grade A

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a track record of successful customer-focused activities.
• Strong management experience in a high-profile Grade A office environment.
• Experience mobilising a Grade A office building from pre-practical completion to business-as-usual.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a high-class environment reflective of the asset.
• Able to represent the Client’s interests at meetings and within the LaSalle community.
• Demonstrated understanding of building design, base build management and service charge budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the on-site management team to deliver high service standards.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and best practices are followed across operations.
• Oversee financial management of the property including service charge budgets and procurement.
• Coordinate with PMA and PM Team to maintain compliance with policies and governance.
• Engage with occupiers to understand needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor health and safety practices and ensure risk controls are in place.
