Job summary

Ujjiv Tech Ltd is seeking a Field Services Engineer for on-site work in the London area. You will install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and security systems, including networking equipment, CCTV, and access control.

The role involves on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality service with clear client communication. Responsibilities include documenting service activities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring safety/compliance

Qualifications

• Strong field service experience with on-site installation, configuration and commissioning of IT and security systems.
• Troubleshooting and technical support for networking, security, and surveillance equipment.
• Preventive maintenance for IT infrastructure, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication and a client-focused approach.
• Technical education in IT, engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, hardware diagnostics and basic cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and security systems on-site.
• Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support to clients and document service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
• Maintain safety/compliance standards and timely resolution of service requests.
• Travel within the London Area and nearby regions as required.
