Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Engineer - Security to install, service and support advanced surveillance and access control systems at client sites across the region. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, manage spares, and produce clear reports while coordinating with third-party contractors.

A background in C-Cure 9000, CCTV (Avigilon) and intruder systems is required, along with strong IT/network knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have detailed technical experience with installing, maintaining and commissioning C-Cure 9000.

Responsabilités

• Provide Technical Security Engineering support on client site.
• Diagnose security equipment faults against SLA.
• Undertake PPM and provide evidence against timescales.
• Request assistance for additional vendor technical support.
• Order and arrange timely delivery of critical spares.
• Produce high standard reports and maintain site documentation.
• Maintain central archive of site documentation and asset register information.
• Collate management information for meetings/reports.
• Maintain and update records for PPM schedules.
• Coordinate Risk Assessments and Method Statements with H&S/Account teams.
• Support BAU quotations.
• Oversee third party contractors.
