Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Technical Supervisor in Guildford to coordinate FM and technical services on site. Lead delivery of FM operations, monitor contractor activities, and ensure SLA achievement and client KPI alignment.

Role requires technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, strong planning, and effective on-site team leadership. Deputise for line management and support emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Gas/AC (restricted to).
• Knowledge of facilities management and site equipment.
• Experience with CAFM systems and building management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM operations per KPI and output measurements.
• Support 3rd party maintenance activities and report corrective works.
• Comply with QHSE requirements per SLA.
• Act as Fire Marshall and support emergency control.
• Record accidents and emergencies in required documentation.
• Ensure contractors operate within HSE standards.
• Conduct monthly SLA self-assessments for contract performance.
• Maintain site image and visual standards; address issues.
• Provide flexible support to FM operations and audit tasks.
• Close out customer requirements and keep them informed.
