Job summary

CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Technical Supervisor for the BT account, based in Dudley, UK. The role ensures technical delivery, safety compliance, and rapid incident response across a cluster of BT sites.

You will guide colleagues, maintain high standards, and work with the Area Operations Manager and TSM to deliver FM services. The position requires strong mechanical/electrical/building services knowledge, relevant qualifications, and AP status or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-disciplinary technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or building services.
• Qualified (NVQ, HNC/HND, degree or equivalent).
• Authorised Person (AP) status or ability to obtain.
• Experience supervising technical services in a multi-site FM environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical delivery of the contract across a defined cluster of BT sites.
• Provide guidance to colleagues across the cluster, applying technical knowledge to ensure safe, compliant solutions.
• Respond rapidly to operational incidents and customer issues; support Area Operations Manager and Contract Support.
• Collaborate with the BU Technical Services Manager to deliver FM service.
