Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Technical Supervisor to coordinate FM and Technical Services on site, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met. The role includes supervising 3rd party maintenance, enforcing HSE standards and supporting site emergency response.

You will drive daily operations, manage contractors, and uphold financial controls like invoice approvals while maintaining strong customer focus and operational excellence at the site.

Qualifications

• Hold a technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Gas/AC.
• Knowledge of facilities management industry and site equipment.
• Experience with CAFM systems and general admin tools.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations in line with KPI & Output measurements.
• Support / Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities and report corrective works.
• Comply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA.
• Act as part of site emergency team (e.g., Fire Marshall) for emergency control activities.
• Report accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in relevant documentation.
• Ensure contractors operate within H&S processes and client standards.
• Conduct monthly self-assessment SLA checks to support contract performance.
• Maintain image and visual standards of the site and address issues.
• Provide flexible support to FM Operation areas as needed.
• Deliver goods to correct destination / person.
• Approve invoices and ensure proper payment documentation.
• Engage with customers to close out concerns and keep them informed.
