Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage on-site client relations and ensure smooth delivery of soft services and facilities management. You will oversee vendor engagement, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance schedules, while supporting audits and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site relationships to meet client expectations.
• Oversee soft services and additional client services.
• Vendor and contract management including meetings.
• Ensure staff, contractors and visitors comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules and respond to Work Requests.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure procedures and performance measures are followed.
• Identify ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
• Support audits of Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial processes.
