Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable workplace operations. The role spans two sites in Farnborough and Hammersmith, with day-to-day facilities activities and coordination of maintenance.

You will manage work orders, oversee building services, and assist with invoices, reporting and data dashboards to drive site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or related field.
• Familiarity with service coordination and building operations.
• IOSH Managing Safety or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day building operations and facilities service delivery across two sites (Farnborough and Hammersmith).
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo CAFM system and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Assist with invoice tracking, reporting and other facilities administration tasks.
• Monitor service performance and respond to issues to maintain high occupant experience.
