Responsibilities

• Oversee team delivering first line soft services (reception, mail, meetings, cleaning, waste, vending).
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Liaise with vendors; report issues, provide cost estimates.
• Weekly walk-round with cleaning manager to ensure standards.
• Manage Remedy helpdesk queries and SLA compliance.
• Oversee health and safety activities, meetings, drills and records.
• Support travel and visiting staff arrangements with hotels.
• Assist in organizing client events.
• Ensure conferencing facilities quality is maintained.
• Direct kitchen and housekeeper activities; raise POs.
• Maintain site Wiki pages and communications.
