Job summary

Workspace Group is seeking a facilities professional to maintain the building fabric, services and overall guest experience across our Vauxhall Cluster sites. You will work with the Cluster Facilities Manager to uphold high standards and manage safety, energy use and on-budget delivery of services.

On-site role, five days per week, with a focus on carbon net-zero commitments and exceptional customer care for 4,000+ offices within London’s capital. Authorisation to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities management experience is required.
• IOSH qualification is essential.
• NEBOSH/BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification desirable.
• Strong IT literacy and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage building services and maintain fabric and décor to high standards.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance of the buildings.
• Drive sustainability, energy saving and smart technology innovations.
• Oversee financial management of the service.
