Workspace Group Plc is seeking a proactive Facilities professional to manage building services, maintain fabric and décor, and deliver a high-quality customer experience across our centres in the London cluster.

You will work on site five days a week, ensure health and safety compliance, drive energy efficiency and sustainability, and support our carbon net-zero pathway within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Relevant previous job experience.
• IOSH Qualification.
• NEBOSH, BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification would be desirable.
• Proficient in IT literacy.
• Excellent Organisation & Time Management.
