Job summary

The Evolv Collection, based in London at our Support Office, is seeking a Group Facilities Manager to oversee a broad maintenance portfolio for the group. You will lead the maintenance team, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure health and safety compliance across all sites.

The role requires strong technical knowledge with a hands-on approach, involvement in new openings/refurbishments, and a collaborative, office-based environment coordinating contractors.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent.
• NEBOSH or CIEH Health & Safety qualification or equivalent.
• Significant hospitality sector experience with strong safety leadership.
• Excellent communication, report writing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across The Evolv Collection portfolio.
• Manage maintenance team, contracts, supplier database, and CAPEX/OPEX budgets; ensure safety compliance.
• Support new openings and refurbishments with design and project teams.
• Office-based role coordinating contractors and ensuring smooth site operations across all sites.
