Churchill Estates Management is recruiting an exceptional Development Manager for our Eastbourne sites, Granville Court and Cheriton Court. You will coordinate development activities, maintain the property and deliver a first-class on-site service to Owners, acting as the friendly neighbour and go-to person.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will line-manage one colleague, liaise with residents, contractors and suppliers, organise events, and ensure health and safety checks are carried out with

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service.
• Front-of-house experience in retirement living or related sectors.
