Job summary

Churchill Retirement Living is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new Oxted, Surrey development. You will manage the entire construction cycle on site, ensuring safety, quality and deadlines while coordinating trades, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a CSCS card and previous site management of residential projects, with NHBC accreditation preferred. You’ll report to the Contracts Manager and may work with occasional extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Proven site management experience on residential developments.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and compliance.
• Qualified First Aider at Work.
• Ability to coordinate trades, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete construction cycle from drawings to handover.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure quality, productivity and cost control.
• Liaise with external suppliers, trades and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Enforce health and safety policies and NHBC standards on site.
• Report to Contracts Manager and maintain site presentation and documentation.
