Churchill Retirement Living is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a brand-new development in Honiton, Devon. You will manage the full construction cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained across health, safety, quality and budget controls.

You will hold a CSCS card (black or white), NVQ Level 3/4 in Site/Construction Management and ideally NHBC accreditation, with a track record in retirement living, extra-care homes or multi-storey residential projects.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (black or white) and NVQ Level 3/4 in Site/Construction Management.
• Experience leading multi-storey residential projects, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation.
• Ability to read drawings/plans and manage budgets; lead the site team and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation; First Aider at Work.

Responsabilités

• Lead the construction cycle from drawings to completion and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee health and safety, site presentation and cost control.
• Coordinate trades, materials and subcontractors; manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with NHBC/Company standards and project requirements.
