Churchill Retirement Living is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a brand-new development in Honiton, Devon. You will manage the full construction cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained across health, safety, quality and budget controls.

You will hold a CSCS card (black or white), NVQ Level 3/4 in Site/Construction Management and ideally NHBC accreditation, with a track record in retirement living, extra-care homes or multi-storey residential projects.

Qualifikationen

• CSCS card (black or white) and NVQ Level 3/4 in Site/Construction Management.
• Experience leading multi-storey residential projects, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation.
• Ability to read drawings/plans and manage budgets; lead the site team and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation; First Aider at Work.

Using specified drawings and instructions, you'll manage the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.Based on site and reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll successfully manage all aspects of the building site, with responsibility for health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control.You'll play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill

Retirement Living's desirable developments.The Site Manager is subject to call-out but this is infrequent.Hours of work are between 7.30am to 5.00pm.It may be necessary to work additional unpaid hours from time to time and occasional weekend working.The Site Manager is subject to call-out but this is infrequent.About youSuccessful applicants will hold a black or white CSCS card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site/Construction Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building multi-storey residential apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation. You will be confident reading drawings, plans and managing budgets; in addition to the site team and subcontractors. Operating as project lead, the successful Senior Site Manager will also have sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation is a must and you must also be a qualified
First Aider at Work.You'll be assertive and calm under pressure to meet numerous construction deadlines, whilst liaising with a wide range of external suppliers, specialists and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives, without compromising quality standards in any way.To achieve maximum co-operation, the ability to influence is key.You'll be comfortable supervising all onsite staff and will display discretion and confidentiality at all times.
