Job summary

Michelin is recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to join the Cannock on-site team. You’ll gain a recognised apprenticeship while learning how to provide accurate, helpful support to customers and develop workplace skills.

The role focuses on handling quotes, scheduling service work, and using CRM systems, with training completed alongside coursework. You’ll work Monday to Friday, fully on-site, with a paid salary of £18,600 per year and a commitment to balance duties with study.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 9–4
• At least two A Levels at grade C or above
• Interest in customer service and willingness to learn
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Basic IT skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes accurately and with close attention to detail
• Follow up open quotes and communicate clearly with customers
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally
• Create work orders and schedule service appointments
• Use customer relationship management systems to update records and service activity
• Work with internal teams and external contractors to support smooth service delivery
• Manage your workload and complete administrative tasks accurately
• Complete the coursework and learning activities required for your apprenticeship
