Job summary

Michelin is hiring a Customer Service Apprentice to join the Cannock on-site team. You will learn to provide accurate, helpful support to customers while completing your apprenticeship coursework and gaining valuable workplace skills.

You will prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, schedule service appointments and work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Candidates should have GCSEs in Maths/English and A Levels, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• GCSEs Maths and English (9-4) or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two A Levels at grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in customer service and a willingness to learn.
• Basic IT skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes accurately and with close attention to detail.
• Follow up open quotes and communicate clearly with customers.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Create work orders and schedule service appointments.
• Use customer relationship management systems to update records and service activity.
• Work with internal teams and external contractors to support smooth service delivery.
• Manage your workload and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Complete the coursework and learning activities required for your apprenticeship.
