• Basic IT skills and confidence using computers.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes accurately with close attention to detail.
• Follow up open quotes and communicate clearly with customers.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Create work orders and schedule service appointments.
• Use customer relationship management systems to update records and activity.
• Support smooth service delivery with internal teams and external contractors.
• Manage workload and complete administrative tasks for apprenticeship coursework.
