You will oversee day-to-day planning, coordination and delivery, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating with the project team, subcontractors, supply chain and client representatives.

You will drive risk management, secure necessary permits and approvals, and provide decisive on-site leadership from mobilisation through to handover and close-out,

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing construction activities on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Clear accountability for programme, coordination and delivery.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and drive pragmatic solutions to progress.
• Experience managing interfaces between civils, M&E and other trades.
• Knowledge of permits to work, RAMS and site safety compliance.

• Lead day-to-day site planning, coordination and delivery.
• Ensure works meet safety, quality, programme and commercial expectations.
• Act as on-site control point between project team, subcontractors and client reps.
• Identify risks and ensure information, resources, permits and approvals are in place.
• Manage interfaces between civils, M&E and other trades to deliver buildable solutions.
• Provide clear on-site leadership from mobilisation to handover and close-out.
