Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site planning, coordination, and delivery of construction activities. You will be the on-site lead between the project team, subcontractors, supply chain and client representatives, ensuring safe, high-quality work that meets programme and commercial expectations.

You will control risks, secure permits, manage RAMS and health and safety, and drive progress from mobilisation through to installation,

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction activities on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and drive pragmatic solutions to maintain progress.
• Experience managing interfaces between civils, M&E and other trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure works are planned safely, to quality, on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including onboarding and performance.
• Maintain on-site leadership from mobilisation through to handover and close-out.
