Millbank Holdings Ltd in Cockermouth is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on major infrastructure and civil projects across the UK. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners while ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance.

The role is predominantly site-based, offering significant responsibility and exposure to high-profile projects with collaboration across engineering and commercial teams.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or senior role.
• Experience on major civil engineering, infrastructure, rail, nuclear or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Strong programme and resource management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets.
