You will act as the on-site point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, supply chain and client representatives, driving pragmatic solutions and timely decision-making.

Key requirements include a construction-related degree (HND/HNC acceptable), SMSTS and CSCS

Qualificações

• Construction-related degree preferred, HND/HNC acceptable.
• SMSTS and CSCS (Black/Gold) cards required.
• Experience leading on major infrastructure or civil projects.
• Strong on-site coordination and ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to plan, risk identify and drive delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage construction activities on major infrastructure or civil projects.
• Ensure programme, quality and safety requirements are met on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supply chain and client representatives.
• Identify risks and constraints early and secure necessary information and permits.
• Provide clear on-site leadership from mobilisation to handover.
• Escalate issues to protect safety, quality and schedule.
