Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is looking for a Site Manager to support the on-site team from planning through completion, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met. The role involves coordinating trades, supervising labour and materials, and maintaining strong customer service standards across developments in the Northampton area.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required and work closely with Sales and construction teams to uphold safety and regulatory compliance while guiding site

Qualifications

• Experience working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• CIOB membership or NVQ Construction Management qualifications or time served trades experience.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Understanding of customer service delivery in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with Sales Team, attend Sales/Build meetings and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and assume duties as directed.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced, guided and trained with clear responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
