Job summary

Barratt Redrow is recruiting a Site Manager to drive development from site setup through to completion, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met by coordinating the on-site team and subcontractors.

You will work under the Site Manager, overseeing trades, labour and materials while maintaining health and safety compliance and delivering strong customer service aligned with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programs and on-site delivery.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate trades and manage budgets.
• Strong focus on health and safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in delivering development from site setup to completion.
• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and ensure procedures; deputise for Site Manager when required.
• Ensure site resources, training and communications align with project needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
