Job summary

Barratt Redrow is seeking a Site Manager to support development delivery across UK sites, reporting to the Site Manager and coordinating trades, labour and materials to meet programme targets. The role focuses on quality, cost control and customer service, within a 400+ development portfolio.

You will ensure on-site teams are resourced, attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team, deputise as required and uphold health and safety and NHBC requirements, contributing to award-winning projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in established build programmes.
• Ability to drive delivery through on-site teams and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Membership of Chartered Institute of Builders or NVQ in Construction Management (or time-served tradesman).
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong customer service experience and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures and inspections of show homes are carried out.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when needed.
• Ensure on-site team resources and clear responsibilities are maintained; support training and workload planning.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
