Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction sites from land acquisition to completion, ensuring SHE standards, quality, and cost targets are achieved within budgets and timescales. You will lead site management teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth start and on-time completions.

The role requires senior construction experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of health and safety, NHBC requirements, and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and drive to achieve business goals.
• Proven senior role experience in construction management.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site development from land acquisition to completion, ensuring safety, health, environmental standards, and programme targets are met.
• Manage site managers and subcontractors, controlling costs and resources.
• Coordinate with departments to support construction execution and timely completions.
• Lead site management teams and develop workforce capabilities.
• Provide professional interface with purchasers, external contacts, and contractors.

NVQ level 5 in Construction Management
