Job summary

Barratt Developments plc in the UK is seeking a Site Manager to assist the Site Manager in delivering developments from start to finish. You will oversee the site team, coordinate trades and ensure programme, quality and cost targets are met, while maintaining customer service standards.

The role requires experience with established build programmes, leadership of on-site teams and adherence to Health and Safety and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programmes.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Understanding of customer service principles in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and supervise show homes inspections.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and ensure the site team is resourced.
• Ensure programme, quality and cost targets are achieved through effective site management.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
