Places for People is recruiting a Porter to join the on-site team. The role supports day-to-day site security, health and safety checks, and a visible presence to assist residents and visitors. You will work closely with the House Manager and operations colleagues to ensure smooth daily running.

The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience with a service-first approach, ensuring the development is safe, well-presented, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Formación

• Experience in building services such as concierge or caretaking.
• Emergency First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in customer-facing, on-site role.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Basic working knowledge of IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day site security and monitoring access as required
• Assist with health and safety compliance checks across the development
• Be a visible presence on site and assist residents and visitors when needed
• Support the on-site cleaning team with additional tasks as directed
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate information sharing
• Respond to incidents or emergencies in line with procedures
• Contribute to a positive, professional customer experience across the development
• Provide information to the Property Manager on a daily basis
