Job summary

Winncare in Bradford is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join the production team. You will operate foam and cover CNC cutting machinery, set up equipment, and work to exacting tolerances to meet production schedules.

Reporting to the Foam Conversion Team Leader, you will assist in related processes, perform quality checks, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing in a busy environment. A forklift licence is desirable and strong teamwork, timekeeping and attention to detail are

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to set up, operate, monitor and adjust CNC cutting equipment.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain documentation.
• Flexible to cover other production tasks and shifts.
• FLT licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate foam & cover CNC cutting machinery to manufacture foam mattresses, covers, components.
• Support other foam conversion and production tasks (gluing, band knife cutting, packing).
• Ensure CNC machinery is operated safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
• Perform machine setup, routine maintenance checks, and material handling.
• Assist in other production areas as required.
