Job summary

Winncare in Bradford is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team. You will operate foam & cover CNC cutting machinery to manufacture foam mattresses, covers, components and bespoke products to specification.

Reporting to the Foam Conversion Team Leader, you will support other production areas, ensure safe and efficient machine operation, and contribute to meeting production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set up, operate, monitor and adjust CNC cutting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to meet tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate foam & cover CNC cutting machinery to manufacture mattresses and components.
• Assist in gluing, band knife cutting, de-foaming and packing as required.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and quality inspections.
