Job summary

Winsearch is recruiting a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator in Bradford to join a precision engineering team. You will program, set and run CNC milling machines from engineering drawings, ensuring components meet exact specifications.

Applicants should have experience with Haas, Okuma and Mazak controls, read engineering drawings, and perform first-off and in-process quality checks. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC milling in precision engineering.
• Ability to program, set and operate CNC mills.
• Experience with Haas, Okuma and Mazak controls.
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Skilled with micrometers and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and run CNC milling machines.
• Work with Haas, Okuma and Mazak controls.
• Produce components from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out first-off inspections and in-process checks.
• Select tooling and adjust offsets.
• Maintain machine efficiency and productivity.
