Job summary

Praxis Capital Limited is seeking a hands-on Building Manager to run day-to-day operations at Quinton Business Park (Building 4) with oversight of Geneva House. The role is standalone with no on-site team, requiring self-sufficiency and proactive ownership while coordinating with Brindleyplace facilities support when needed.

You'll be the on-site representative, managing tenant relations, contractor coordination, inspections, H&S compliance and site records to ensure buildings are safe, well

Qualifications

• Building / FM experience within a commercial or customer-facing environment in an office/business space asset.
• Strong customer service skills, with a genuine focus on creating a positive tenant and visitor experience.
• Confident relationship builder, able to develop strong relationships with tenants, occupiers, contractors and internal teams.
• Hands-on approach to building operations, maintenance and day-to-day issues.
• Strong attention to detail, able to spot defects, presentation issues and potential risks.
• Good understanding of H&S, compliance and contractor management.
• Highly organised, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and professional communicator, comfortable dealing with tenants and stakeholders at all levels.
• Takes ownership, acts quickly when issues arise and sees matters through to resolution.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or relevant FM qualification desirable
