Praxis Capital Limited in Borehamwood is seeking an Estates Manager to take ownership of three interlinked buildings and an underground car park, delivering top-tier tenant experience and operational performance on site. You will coordinate facilities management and contractors, maintain safety and building standards, and drive ESG and community engagement initiatives.

The role requires proactive on-site leadership, strong service focus, and the ability to balance costs with customer

Qualifications

• Experience in building management, front of house, and facilities.
• Strong tenant, occupier and visitor service skills.
• Understanding of building operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of health and safety, site procedures, and compliance records.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, access, permits, and site activity.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and record keeping.
• Ability to manage competing requests.
• IOSH/NEBOSH or relevant facilities qualification.

Responsibilities

• Act as the visible on-site representative for the building, delivering professional service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety across areas.
• Respond to tenant queries and record/progress issues.
• Coordinate contractor activity and site access with permits.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control and fire systems.
• Support health, safety and compliance activities and maintain site records.
