Qualifikationen

• Extensive commercial experience in omnichannel retail, key account management, or ecommerce.
• Direct people management experience leading commercial teams.
• Demonstrated track record of full P&L oversight and RGM/JVP negotiations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the 3-year omnichannel strategy for UK Omnichannel, including Pet Specialty, eCommerce, and Vet Corporate channels.
• Lead the team to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (Net sales, volume, margin).
• Collaborate with Finance to integrate forecasting tools and ROI/ROO principles.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee tender negotiations and JVPs within set budgets while driving efficiency.
